[at-l] Wading the Appalachian Stream

Rain, drizzle, rain, wet socks, hike, rain, no Dan, sleep, still no Dan, 
rain, wet socks, hike, rain, hike, drizzle, hike, rain, hike rain, sleep, 
sunrise! (turned out to just be hallucinogenic in the couscous the night 
before - just what kind of mushrooms were those, Dee?), a single slightly 
foggy view, rain, wet socks, drizzle, hike, stop for lunch and meet a 
thruhiker Dee knew - the trail is a tiny world, wring out socks, rain again, 
hike, hike, rain, hike, drizzle, dark?, shelter, sleep, rain, hike, drizzle, 
hike, no rain, hike, car, dry clothes, food. 

More details of our hike through the Smokies later - now its time for a 
shower. Need I say it was a wonderful trip??
