[at-l] ATC ad policy



Some schools, community organizations, etc. have a bulletin board policies
which allow posting of small notices (3x5 cards, for example) for a limited
time.  Maybe, we could propose something similar for the shelters:

1) All notices must be 3x5 or smaller
2) All notices must be dated and are subject to removal 30 days after that
date.

What do you think?
