to my mind, every register placed in a shelter ought to contain an insert or
notice on the cover giving the location of the closest telephone for
emergencies . . . The National Park System has no problem publicizing such
information when you land on Cumberland Island . . . and in fact REQUIRES
back country hikers to sit through an hour long seminar on such matters
before letting them head into the back country.
