[at-l] Cobweb AT99 is in Oregon

For those of you on the list that know Cobweb, who is out hiking the PCT this 
year:

Ben sent a postcard from Ashland, OR.  He was stuck there over the weekend 
waiting for the PO to open on Monday morning.  He anticipates some real 
progress now that he's done zig zagging around Mt Shasta.  He's heading north 
to Manning PP.
