[at-l] eudora moodwatch

yup, the installation of Eudora includes a "Flame Dictionary" of 234K
(on Mac). It's in the "Eudora Stuff" folder. I was unable to open it
with common apps or interrogate it. Here's a cute description from
the Eudora product website.

>Q: So, Eudora is going to censor my mail? A: No. MoodWatch is only
>a guideline for your personal use. Eudora will let you send whatever
>email you like; it will just try to make sure you really mean to do
>it.
>Q: Will MoodWatch correct my grammar?
>A: Nope. MoodWatch just notifies you that a message contains
>language that might be considered offensive to some. You will need
>to look at it and decide for yourself if it needs to be revised.
>Q: Does this thing get ticked off if I use a few profanities?
A: Yes, and so does your mother.
> Q: What if I get sick of it?
>A: Turn it off.

btw, This program was named for the author Eudora Welty who passed
away recently. Steve Dorner, the engineer who developed Eudora, had
read her short story titled "Why I Live at the P.O." It's a story
about a woman who decides to live at the post office where she works
rather than put up with her family at home any longer.

I, like many, really enjoyed early versions of Eudora (going back to
1994). It was the best thing at the time for Mac. Now I have doubts.
