[at-l] at a loss but answering



	Yo,

	Since you stated that you were hesitant about speaking your mind here.
And the fact that I felt your post was very appropriate. Or maybe its
because this middle aged man just had a couple of gin and tonics! Anyway
I started rambling....

	I hope everyone feels free to post their feelings on hiker topics such
as this or any other topic that is hiker related. I know I feel free to
post my mind on topics even if my thoughts are not the same as what
seems to be the majority or popular way. I also invite people to post if
they disagree with what I do or believe. Often I find that some tactful
disagreement will enlighten me to others view point. I may not change my
view point but will understand yours better.:-)
	With email it is sometimes hard (especially for us without silver
tongues or fingers) to express a thought in a way that is not going to
be misinterpreted by at least a few of our many hundred readers.
