Not quite the way it works in the real world. You already have your own GI 
flora on board, and are unlikely to reinfect yourself with anything other 
than worms. A better version would be:

They grunt, grunt and squeeze
then they wiped their little buns.
Don't you dare shake their hands
Or it will give you lots of runs!
