Ted -- I'm sure I'm not the only one on this list that would tell you that the 3 most important things about selecting and purchasing a boot are: 1) fit, 2) fit, and 3) fit. I don't know how you can accommodate that factor in buying on-line. I personally would not buy a boot on-line unless I absolutely knew that it was the shoe I wanted.
