[at-l] Clarified Butter



Put butter in a pan and Clarify it, in other words put real butter in a pan
heat it over low heat till the milk solids settle to the bottom then strain
off the liquid butter leaving the milk solids. The only caution involved is
don't get it so hot you fry the solids and discolor the liquid butter. Just
do a search with a search engine and you should come up with a bunch of
recipes.
