Judge's Decision a Setback in Quarry Case 

    
Efforts to stop the construction of a gravel quarry near the A.T. as it 
passes over Hump Mountain in the Roan Highlands were dealt a blow by the 
recommendation of an administrative law judge in the N.C. Office of 
Administrative Hearings (NC-OAH).
