Treat your dogs. While dog ticks don't provide Lyme disease, they are
the cause for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. This is far more deadly and
more common where you live. Get a good flea and tick collar, or one of
the other treatments to prevent flea and ticks on your dogs.
