In addition, to their chips and candy selection they sell freeze dried 
dinners.  Get a couple of deli sandwiches to go and you're all set.  They 
sell clothing like raing gear, socks, fleece items, shorts, and fuel for 
stoves too.  You could always swing by Carter Notch and get some Fig Newtrons 
and some Snicker bars.  That's one thing about hiking near the huts, they 
have snacks for sale.  You pay a higher price than at Cosco but you don't 
have to carry a week's worth of snacks.
