[at-l] Gore Tex Boots



Lot's of conflicting opinions on this one.

My take is sort of like the old joke, "How do you know your pack is
waterproof?  When two hours after a storm you still have a quart of water in
the bottom."

I think GT lined boots keep more water in than out.  Others think they are
great.
