I run on the trail every now and then - unfortunately its never my idea -
its the wasps or the "loud noise from behind the trees" or the "stumble down
a hill" that cause them!  :-)

P.S.  I've only seen one trail runner and when I saw him coming I stopped,
stepped to the side, and clapped as he went by.  I couldn't believe someone
was out in the middle of nowhere running.  *Very* impressive.
