[at-l] Long Trail Shelter Damage

For those who are making plans for the northern part Vermont's Long Trail. 
Shooting Star Shelter near the Canadian Border collapsed under snow load this 
winter and is completely ruined. It cannot be used.
Gorham Lodge on Camel's Hump was damaged to the extent that it will be closed 
to hikers this year.
Replacement structures are being planned but will not be ready for this 
hiking season.
