Patty was a friend of mine. We used to chat for hours some nights when she 
couldn't get to sleep. I miss those chats. 

I to loss my Mother in 1999. This is my second Mothers Day without my mother. 
My mother was my support person on all three of my AT hikes.

They're both in a better place, without all the pain caused my the cancer.

If you with your mother today give her a big hug and tell her how much you 
love her. If your not able to be with her, then call her and tell her now 
much you love her.
