[at-l] Dee Update

I just got back from Hot Springs, visiting with Dee. It was kind of a last 
minute trip when she realized she would be in Hot Springs Friday night with 
no tent! Why no tent? Because Tiger Lily went home from Mtn Mommas for a few 
days to go to a close friend's graduation and took the two-person tent with 
her. 

So, I drove up and spent the evening with her. We went to dinner with a 
couple of the guys she has been hiking with and then we drove to Max Patch 
and sat in the moonlight for a couple of hours. The moon was so bright, you 
couldn't see the stars - guess it's all a tradeoff.  

Her family and dogs are due at the Hot Springs Campground momentarily - her 
and Tiger Lily plan on hiking out tomorrow afternoon.  I am going back to Hot 
Springs for a very short visit tomorrow morning to deliver her some stuff she 
needs - if anyone has a message they want passed along, just email me.

The hike is going wonderfully - they had great weather and great views all 
through the Smokies with a single thunderstorm while they were in Davenport 
Gap shelter for a snack break. Thursday Dee spent five hours hanging out on 
the top of Max Patch drying out the damp stuff and just enjoying the sunny, 
warm, breezy day.  I filled her in on all the list stuff I could remember - 
she said to say hello and she is really looking forward to seeing everyone in 
Damascus.
