Well said. At least medically, "wilderness" is anywhere that telemetry,
lab and IV fluids aren't around. Anywhere you are without the all of
the stuff you need is wilderness. Anywhere you are without even a clue
about what you need is way past wilderness. 

The sound of traffic only makes wilderness that much more frustrating.
