[at-l] Fwd: Apology to People's Republic of China

Just to correct one point, there is a constitutional right to health care
(as opposed to health insurance) if you meet one of a very few
qualifications: 1) you are a convicted felon residing in a state,
territorial or federal prison; or 2) you are a Native American living on
reservation under the protection of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. There is
some limited right to "insurance" if you are impoverished or a minor and
qualify for a variety of government sponsored programs managed by the
states - although this is really only taxpayer subsidized payment for
healthcare.

Additionally, this is a Federal Republic, not just a Constitutional
Republic. The defeat of the secessionist Southern states in the Second War
of Independence (aka Civil War) established that national status.
