   I'm not a computer genius, but sometimes your "Control Panel" settings get 
corrupted by an invading program. Your computer is set to communicate with a 
particular printer. It loads a specific program to enable it to do so. 
Sometimes the corruption will go in and reset the computer setting to another 
program incapable of talking to your printer. 

    Try and look into printer control and reset the exact model and number 
for your printer. Maybe somebody who actually knows what he is talking about 
with computers can help her step by step lol?
