Thanks!! for the input... well, I sure showed my greenhorn about the sleeping 
pad... but I will get one for sure.  Always was sore as everything the next 
morning... thought it went with the territory.  Hike in Arkansas... I am in 
good shape, I guess.
  Now...I can really plan!!
