[at-l] Low Gap(TN) Safety & Grocery availability?

Shady valley seemed a friendly town (crossroad?) to me, but the road over Low Gap
didn't seem to get a lot of traffic. A very Christian elderly fellow gave me a
ride, and he was as nice a gentleman as you ever want to meet.
