[at-l] Low Gap(TN) Safety & Grocery availability?

There's one Low Gap on a dirt road next to Beauty Spot. Tick City! Be
careful through there. Four or five years ago, there was a couple killed on
the overlook at Unaka Mt. right in there; a teen-ager killed them for the
$11 they were carrying between them. None of them were hikers, though.
Maybe one car a week goes through there. It's so bad that a car passed, and
we talked to the driver; he decided to come back for us instead of hunting
that day because he didn't think we'd ever get out on our own. In over an
hour, his is the only car we saw. anklebear
