[at-l] The Rat's Ass Society: A personal view

FUBAR is pretty standard in computer science circles, even though I think
it's an old military "term".  It often gets broken down into "fu" (or "foo")
and "bar", which are then used as nonsense words.  I think the original
meaning got pretty well lost in translation.  Oh well, it's the folk process
at work.

On the other hand, Mags seems to be using it in something closer to the
original sense.
