[at-l] 6 essentials, using OB's list as my catalyst

Since my biking accident last May which resulted in 2 broken hands and a
reconfigured upper lip (face plant on a steel storm water inlet grate),
I have not been able to whistle like I used to.  I now rely on the Fox40
Mini - no moving parts; weighs nothing; very LOUD.
