Of course not.  You can always post any info about yourself.  Not just 
phone #'s, but credit card and ATM #'s, as Felix would likely agree.

I would only say that sometimes people get a little hissy if one were to 
say that such & such a trail-named person was seen at a specific gap or 
shelter on a specific date.  In theory, this allows people with evil 
intentions -- none, of course, whom are members of at-l -- to extrapolate 
that their postion in 3 days would be such and such.

Personally, I think this is over-worrying, but there is propriety to be 
observed...
