The rain is most welcome here in NE TN, but my grass is covered with snow.  This is the first day of Spring in TN, there ain't supposed to be no snow. :-(

The rain has been very welcome here in Georgia too - especially along the
Blue Ridge and the Cohutta Wilderness.  Lake Blue Ridge might be less than
10 feet below normal now!  Lake Lanier is still 12 feet below normal.
