[at-l] thru-ski anyone?

 Hey, anyone here done a thru-ski?  Was tooling around on the Catamount trail with a friend a few weeks ago and we started planning one for next February (it's 285 miles)--but think it would have to be done a little differently from a hike in that we'd prob. want to find a place to stay most nights--anyone done the Catamount or similar xc trails?  Any advice?
