Tom cooked up a really great and tasty and easy meal our first night out - can't remember what it was though. I mean, what it's called.  It was something Italian and VERY yummy.  Italian dumplings maybe? I dunno.  I just know it beat the heck out of liptons ;-)What was it, Tom??  Plus, the second day we had some sort of cobbler at a break - that was yummy too, and easy.
