Anne and I have done the MST from Waynesville to Blowing Rock. Allen deHart 
has a book out with maps and all. You aren't near the Arboretum, by any 
chance are you?  If you stop at the Folk Art Center, stop at the desk near 
the books and talk to Dale Dildine. He is with the Eastern NPS and is a 
wealth of info on trails in the Smokies and Pisgah. Tell him Bob and Anne 
sent you. :-)
