There in no other bill after this. I searched THOMAS for another bill. The 
one one on this to come up, was the one from 1995. If it didn't pass back 
then it would have had to be re induced.

FROM the 1995 bill:
"After completion of the road under paragraph (1), the Secretary of the 
Treasury shall pay Swain County, North Carolina, the sum of $16,000,000, 
which shall be deposited in an account in accordance with the rules and 
regulations established by the North Carolina Local Government Commission."

Will just have to  keeping looking for more info.
