Spectacular, indeed. Humbly, I'd add Algonquin in the High Peaks. A bit
shorter than Marcy, but an incredible view of Colden, and a nice view of
other surrounding mountains. The trail from the "Interior Outpost"
(oxymoronic, yes?), not the one directly from the Loj, is the best way to
summit IMHO. About 2300 vertical feet in a little over two miles.
Spectacular, inspiring, fun, everything a mountain should be, even when in
the middle of a cloud, which is often.

PS -- If you bring your c*** ph*** to the summit, yes it will work, so
there's no need to try it out then announce loudly to everyone that, by
golly, it's working all the way up there.  :)
