It was a stinky ride.  You got major fumes from the machines and plenty of 
noise from the engines.  Could not hear any birds.  But the views were 
fantastic.  My wife cannot hike or backpack because of medical problems.  Our 
1/2 day snowshoe session was cut to 1 hour because of problems that came up 
imediately.  I would have walked all day.  She did do well on the snowmobile, 
however.
