[at-l] Camera mailed

Orangebug, I put the camera in the mail Thursday afternoon, so you should
see it by Monday.
As I was about to put it in its box I turned it on to see if every thing
was okay with it and it would not turn on. I had just replaced the battery
recently so opened the battery compartment and spun it around closed the
cover and low and behold the camera came to life, so maybe you may want to
take a spare with you. The one I had was brand new, but God only knows how
long I had it so maybe it too needs to be replaced, to be on the safe side
I'd take a spare with me if I where you. For the record, the camera never
gave me a lick of trouble, so I would be greatly embarrassed if it gives
you any problems and am now hoping for the best.
Something else you may want to keep in mind is when it is foggy, the auto
focus sometimes does not do a very good job.
Also the date time stamp is turned off, so if you want skim through the
manual to see how to turn it back on if you want.
Anyway, if you have a any questions let me know.

Doug
