Need part three now. 

There is way to do this with all the quote marks. Copy the whole story, paste 
in to a word processor, us the replace command, look for >, leave blank 
replace with, click on replace all. That will remove the quote >. Then select 
all, copy and then paste into your write email. There will be no quote marks.
