[at-l] report from Rock Gap

I stopped by the Rock Gap shelter near Standing Indian and Rainbow
Springs. I spent about 2 hours talking to 4 hikers. Two were doing
sections and the other two were heading north to see how far they can get
in the 90 days they have to hike. 

We've had a lot of rain over the past 10 days so the springs seem to be
in fair shape right now. This is the report from the 90 hikers. Trail
conditions seem to be good also. The "closed" sign is still up at Rainbow
Springs campground, I guess they really did call it quits. I wish I could
buy the place. Hopeful
