<html><DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To Mags:</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The currect ALDHA Directory was mailed out a couple of weeks ago; yours must've got lost somewhere.&nbsp; If you write to Bill O'Brien at <A href="mailto:aladha@aldha.org";>aladha@aldha.org</A>, I'm sure he'll send you another one.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; And Mags is absolutely right about "The Gathering", for anyone who has never attended one.&nbsp; ALDHA is a great organization, and the Gathering is a particularly good place to learn about other trails---PCT, CDT, John Muir, etc, in addition to the AT.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For $27, it's a great time and a great weekend, and this includes a year's membership in the organization; a great directory of hikers' names/addressess; newsletters, etc.&nbsp; ALDHA, as far as I know, is the ONE organization devoted to long-distance backpacking; anyone interested should by all means check em out at <A href="http://www.aldha.org";>www.aldha.org</A>.</DIV>
