I'm picturing this gear on your back (or, since I've never seen you, a
generic hiker-type's back) as you take your first step off of Springer
toward K. OK, I've never seen Springer either except on Lynne Weldon's tape,
so I guess I'm making up the whole thing.

Anyhow, the point is, the picture in my mind looks darn near perfect. I
wouldn't change a thing. Enjoy the heck out of your hike.
