Btw...shows how often I do this, I was wrong.  It's three picks for a buck .not two.
and as to lotteries in general....I'm with whoever days that it may be a tax but it gives
me more fun that a night at the movies and is much cheaper.  I wish I got three
chances at 23.5 million bucks for every dollar I paid in other taxes.....
