[at-l] Tell me your troubles...



You might want to try one of the 9" aluminum snow stakes. Mine is an SMG
from a local outfitter but REI carries the same thing (item #358111 $1.25).
I kept breaking the little orange shovels....in too much of a hurry some
times, I guess....  ;o). The snow stakes are lighter, cheaper, and won't
bend or break very easily. The curved lip at the top makes them easy to dig
with. Just hold it like a stabbing knife...you'll be surprised how fast your
can dig a cat hole.
