[at-l] smokies elk; et. al.

They captured the Elk about ten days ago in the LBL's Elk & Bison Prairie. 
We'll now have free ranging Elk in Eastern Ky, Eastern, TN & Western, NC. I 
still wonder what will happen when the Elk meets vehicle events start 
occurring.
