Can't top the Tuba, but the strangest thing I've found on a trail was a broken 22 ft bannister. Not just some old 2X4, but I fine oval shaped bannister like you'd find in a house! In fact that where part of it is now, in my parents house. The other odd thing I found was a loaded die....
