[at-l] Littering

Whenever my Scouts hike, each patrol carries a plastic grocery bag for
picking up trash.  The last time I took my Scouts on the AT they came back
with 4 bags stuffed full (10 miles).  A lot of it was from around fire rings
- old aluminum bag parts and cans that were tossed into the fire.
