Hmmm...not sure what being busy THIS weekend has to do with NEXT weekend's
Ruck. Of course, I do know that Arizona doesn't observe Daylight Savings
Time. Maybe GMC is having a bit of trouble dealing with that time-challenged
environment. I mean, I know that she knows the Ruck is the same weekend as
the Super Bowl and SURELY she knows that the game is next weekend.

OK...I accept. Well, from what I've seen, I've only gotten one vote...and
Red won't even be at our Virtual Ruck...but I think it's a clearer electoral
outcome than W's "victory".
<< It will prepare you for our upcoming RuKC. >>
Since you've mentioned it, looks like we'll be having a mini, mini "Ruckling"
(is that what Jim christened these get-togethers?) here in Kansas City on
Saturday, February 3. Well, I think so, anyway...haven't reserved the house
with my wife. Of course, if she throws us out into the backyard, that might
seem just right.
Guess we'll call it our KCruck. So, far, guests include me, GMC, and
Dragon's Breath AT98. Anybody else in the KC area that weekend is welcome.
Send me a note if interested. All we're going to do is drink.
And then DaRedhead chimed in with:
<< But what are the odds he's going to have caught up on 500 or 600 posts
before then? ;) >>
So, there...'nuff said :)
Oh...and one stipulation...I am temporarily stepping down from my
ChairRuckShip from 5:18 PM (Central time) on Sunday until the Giants have
completed their annihilation of the Ravens. Somebody else will have to take
over leadership of this motley crew. (Pat, that's when the Super Bowl will
be.)
OK, Virtual Rucksters...any ideas for activities? Repeats of last year's
successful events are acceptable.
