[at-l] Data Books in PDA format?

Eric,

I'm not familiar with file formats for PDAs, but don't they have watered
down word processors, text viewers, e-book capabilities and/or web browsers?
The guidebooks, with mileage data, are available on CD-rom from ATC, and can
be dropped into a text file that a PDA could probably negotiate. If a PDA
has a version of Acrobat Reader and can read pdf files, just go to
www.aldha.org and get a copy of the 2000 Thruhiker Companion.

Take Care,

Tim
