Bill, when you're right , you are right.  It is a shame that whoever is 
responsible
can't keep up with the up keep.  I've never been to any of the other 
hostels run
by this group.  I know a lot of them are in the cities.  I wonder if the 
mansion
doesn't get much attention cause it's mostly used by hikers?
