[at-l] costs



I don't know exactly how much i spent.  I'm guessing around the 2000 buck 
range.  It was easy for me.  I ran out of money in new England, and lived
off mail drops and birthday money from my family to the end.

if i could do it again, i would have worked for stay in the hostels in the
south, to save money for the more expensive items i came across in the
north.
