[at-l] PA RUCK update

I understand some folk get real messed up messages.

Seems to me that, if we were being considerate of each other, we would all
stick to plain text -- as we know that plain text works for everyone.<<

I was not try to say that folk were being consciously inconsiderate.  In
fact, I suspect that many of us have no idea how difficult it makes it for
others, when we use other than plain text.  I know that sometime my machine
seems to switch to HTML, w/o me realizing it.

However, I suggest we all try to use plain text to make life easier for all
of those around the campfire.
