Not quite true either, it you know how snowmaking works at a ski
area.&nbsp; Pulverize the wa-wa into small droplets with high ratio of
surface area to volume, and then blow them along through frigid air at
high speed to maximize heat loss.... Presto: crystalized water!&nbsp;
Flash-frozen!<br>
