It was a friendly sarcastic dig (I always was a trouble maker..).

I've met Jim & Ginny at a few Gatherings...Ditto on the "not elitists...
I started with "If I didn't know better", of course I already knew better, 
but I 
couldn't resist... I'm a stinker...
